Order Processing:

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours except for weekends and major holidays.

Pre-Orders:

Some items in the RUNOUT MEDIA store are currently still in production. Ordering these items ahead of time will ensure that your purchase will be shipped as soon as manufacturing is complete. Please note that the specified shipping date it not guaranteed. It is only a tentative date, and may be subject to change.

Statements:

Credit Card purchases will show as ‘RUNOUTMEDIA’ on your monthly statement.

Compatibility:

Products are available in both NTSC and PAL formats. Orders to the United States, Canada, and Japan will automatically receive the NTSC version, while all other countries will receive the PAL version. If you wish to receive an alternate format, please make note of this when submitting your order. When playing DVDs on a computer, please use appropriate DVD playing software (rather than Windows Media Player or VLC player).

Damaged or Bad Media:

If your product is damaged or won’t work, we will ship a new copy for free. For details, please see our return policy below.

We currently do not accept phone orders. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to add this feature as soon as possible.

Credit Cards:

This site uses a built in Paypal system to process all its orders. A Paypal account is not necessary for Visa, Mastercard, or American Express orders, but it is a requirement when paying through a direct bank deposit.

We can accept these forms of payment by mail. Please contact us in advance to place your order.

Delayed or Missing Shipment:

Please be aware that International mail orders often take additional time to clear customs. However if your order has not arrived in the mail within a reasonable time frame, please contact us and we will refund your purchase.

Damaged or Missing Media:

If you have any problems playing one of our products, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to solve the problem. If we can’t find a solution, we will ship you a new copy free of charge.
